J-Walker

My first octopod. Based on the Theo Jansen linkage.

I've been meaning to build a walker with more than two legs for quite a while, and finally I have. The J-Walker was based on the Theo Jansen mechanism, although in the model the proportions were heavily modified to fit this scale. Even though the legs were somewhat disproportionate, the model still walked.
This walker introduced me to the walker world, and as a first walker it was surprisingly successful, considering that the legs were disproportionate.
